An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to cancel any order, including where:

If payment has already been received, a full refund will be issued.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Payment

Orders must be paid in full before dispatch.

We accept payment methods offered through Shopify Payments and any other payment providers displayed during checkout.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order release dates are estimates provided by suppliers and may change.

Delays outside our control do not entitle customers to compensation.

Orders containing pre-order items will generally be shipped once all items become available unless otherwise stated.

Product Availability

Occasionally products may oversell due to inventory errors.

If this occurs, we'll contact you as soon as possible to arrange:

• A replacement (where available)
• Store credit
• A full refund
