Refund & Returns Policy

At TCG Breaks Vault, we want you to shop with confidence. We carefully inspect and package every order to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. If you experience an issue with your purchase, we're here to help.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or if you simply decide you no longer want an item.

Please choose carefully before placing your order.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

We'll assess your claim and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to meet acceptable quality standards and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Trading Cards

Due to the nature of trading card products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges because:

  • You did not receive the cards you were hoping to pull.
  • Product values have changed.
  • Cards inside sealed products differ from expectations.

Factory-sealed Pokémon products are random by design.

Sealed Products

Sealed products that have been opened cannot be returned unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved because the item is faulty or incorrect, we will provide instructions regarding return shipping.

For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
